With seven Dot Time Records recording artists performing, Dot Time Records will once again have a strong presence at Europe’s largest jazz trade show, Jazzahead.

This year you will find us in Halle 6 at stand B07. Most of the Dot Time staff will be present and we look forward to welcoming you to our stand. We will have some great giveaways as well as previews of our new and coming releases. In addition many of our artists will also be present at the Dot Time stand. If you would like to set up a meeting with us or one of our artists during the trade show please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to organize this.

We are also thrilled to announce that seven Dot Time Records recording artists will be performing during this years jazzahead. Ola Onabule and Hadar Noiberg will both Showcase at Jazzahead, Adrienne West will perform during the club-night at the prestigious Ubersee Museum and once more we will present four Dot Time artists, Shez Raja, Chris Rand, Deborah J. Carter and Simona Parrinello at our club-night performance in the Swissotel.

Ola Onabule will be showcasing at the “European Jazz Meeting” on Saturday the 23rd . Since the release of his current album “It’s the peace that deafens”, Ola has toured the USA and Europe gaining rave reviews for both the album and his live shows. He has appeared on TV and radio throughout the world and received a worldwide sponsorship from Sennheiser . His showcase should be a must see for all attending Jazzahead. The performance is in Halle 7.2 at 9:00pm.

Also showcasing this year during the “Overseas Night” is Hadar Noiberg and her trio. Hadar’s current release “From The Ground Up” has also gained critical acclaim from the press with rave reviews being published on three continents. Hadar is no stranger to Europe and has recently completed a tour taking her to France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This years Club-night is well represented, Adrienne West will perform repertoire from her album “With Love to Ella and Joe” as well as new material from her forthcoming album. You can see Adrienne and band live at the Ubersee Museum on Saturday the 23rd of April. Exact times will be published soon.

Once again, this year we have taken over one of the “Jazzahead Club Night” venues to present a complete program of Dot Time artists. Our partner venue this year is no one other than Bremen’s Swissotel. Located just minuets from the Messe the Swissotel is the perfect venue for us to present an amazing night featuring Shez Raja (UK), Chris Rand (UK), Deborah J. Carter (Netherlands) and Simona Parrinello (Italy). The show starts at 7:30pm and will run through to 11:30pm (See Schedule Below). In addition, this year the management of Jazzahead have honored us by allowing us to host the official Jazzahead jam session. This kicks off at 11:30 on the Dot Time stage in the Swissotel.
